Avonside focuses on wool quality, which must be stylish, well nourished, long stapled with superior handle and measurements. We believe that this blend of fine-medium wool, combined with high body and fleece weights is consistently the most profitable.

LOT 4: A ram of stud sire quality. The first Poll ram to be offered by Avonside. A stand out lamb from weaning right through to now. Sired by RP 72, this ram has a real presence with great barrel and balance. He is the heaviest ram on offer at 106kg at just under 14 months of age. He still has his lambs teeth and just keeps getting better as he matures. Wool is white and bright with fantastic density and staple length.
